Classes-
Michael Butkus is one of the top illustrators and concept artists
in the entertainment industry. Since 1986, Mike has been involved
in the advertising and production of over 1,500 films including, Harry
Potter, I Robot, Fantastic Four, Polar Express, Corps Bride, Charlie
& the Chocolate Factory & Hellboy. For the last 14 years,
he has worked on countless film and television projects and received
numerous awards for his striking visuals. Mike’s studio is located
at Associates In Art in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Illustration Techniques
& Character Design Class
Apply your painting and drawing skills to the professional world of
advertising and editorial illustration. Demonstrations will feature
a broad variety of mediums and professional techniques. Actual samples
of commissioned work will be brought in. Studio and homework assignments.
